As an HR Generalist with HR Collaborative, Britney Tran partners with growing organizations to build stronger, more people-centered workplaces. With experience spanning the insurance and manufacturing industries, she brings a well-rounded HR background that strengthens her ability to support clients in areas such as employee relations, HR policy development, benefits communication, and a wide range of specialized HR initiatives.
Before joining HR Collaborative, Britney supported HR policy and employee relations efforts across the Northeastern and Southern United States, including work with specialty groups in the real estate and wholesale markets. A graduate of Grand Valley State University’s Human Resources Management program, she is known for her ability to build trusted relationships, understand the needs of both leaders and employees, and translate HR strategy into meaningful outcomes that help organizations thrive.
Born and raised in West Michigan, Britney is excited to continue her career by collaborating with the region’s business community and contributing to workplaces that make work better for everyone. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys sewing, gardening, and creating handmade ceramics - which she sells at local markets throughout the Grand Rapids area. Whether supporting clients or nurturing her own creative ventures, Britney brings a thoughtful, human-centered approach to every project she touches.
