
Danny Glover brings more than a decade of consultative sales and team leadership experience to HR Collaborative as Director of Business Development. A graduate of the University of South Dakota with a degree in Communications, Danny’s background in group communication and social corporate responsibility shows up clearly in how he approaches sales: relationship-driven, thoughtful, and rooted in understanding what organizations actually need to move forward.
Before joining HRC, Danny spent 12 years with Michigan Office Solutions (Xerox), where he worked his way from Territory Sales Representative to Account Sales Manager, leading and developing teams for seven years. Throughout his career, Danny partnered with organizations across West Michigan, helping them navigate complex technology decisions through a consultative lens. He is especially passionate about coaching sales professionals, building high-performing teams, and creating consistent development rhythms through training, feedback, and collaboration.
When he is not working, you will likely find Danny on the golf course, playing guitar, skiing, or enjoying time at the lake with his family and their mini-golden doodle, Dolly.
