Before joining HR Collaborative, Paul served in client-facing and HR leadership roles in both the non-profit and manufacturing sectors. With more than a decade of experience, he brings a solutions-oriented approach to helping teams and leaders grow - whether through leadership development, employee engagement programs, or building collaborative, inclusive workplace cultures.
A graduate of the University of Northwestern - St. Paul, where he earned his B.A. in Communications, Paul later returned to his hometown in southwest Michigan to raise his family. Outside of work, he channels his passion for team building as a varsity basketball coach at St. Joseph High School and enjoys catching live country music shows whenever an artist swings through town.
