A certified SHRM-CP and experienced leader in people operations, she partners with clients to build inclusive, purpose-driven cultures where individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered to thrive.
Prior to joining HR Collaborative, Marcy served as Vice President of People Operations at Mel Trotter Ministries, where she led strategic transformation initiatives, built high-performing teams, and fostered a culture of belonging. With a background in hospitality consulting and operations—including launching more than 20 restaurant concepts—Marcy brings a systems-thinking approach to solving complex organizational challenges.
